Starting as a home builder in Newcastle over 30 years ago, Steve has overseen the Company's expansion into all aspects of construction and property development across the Newcastle Region. His drive and commitment ensures a projects potential is realised.

During the 30+ years Steve has constructed many residential and commercial developments throughout his career. He continues to be involved in all aspects of the development process from site acquisition, planning, approvals, cost management and construction through to sales.

Steve has built his reputation on quality, service and reliability and is well known and acknowledged within the building industry, receiving numerous Housing Industry Association (HIA) Awards relating to design and construction.

The drive and determination which accelerated Steve throughout his successful career on the cricket field is what he also brings to his business and is one of the main key factors to his success.
