Construction has officially commenced

We are pleased to confirm that construction has officially commenced on our latest multi-residential project – Tuco Apartments, located at 51–57 Albert Street, Warners Bay.

This exciting milestone marks the transition from planning to physical construction on one of the area’s most anticipated apartment developments. The Tuco Apartments will deliver a high-quality multi-residential offering that contributes to the growing vibrancy of the Warners Bay precinct.

Following an extensive design and approvals process, work has commenced with early works now well underway. Piling has commenced with foundation activities scheduled to begin shortly setting the groundwork for the basement structure and vertical build to follow.

Over the coming weeks, main services infrastructure—including stormwater, electrical, and sewer connections—will be installed in line with the construction program.

All activities are progressing on schedule, with safety, environmental controls, and compliance remaining our highest priorities on site.
